Class 3. In Hand Hunter/Hunter Type - exceeding 14.2hh
Class 4. In Hand Veteran 16yrs plus - open class may be split if entries warrant
Class 5. In Hand Best Condition - exceeding 14.2hh
Class 6. In Hand Bays, Blacks, Greys, Chestnuts - exceeding 14.2hh
Class 7. In Hand Cob/Cob type - exceeding 14.2hh
Lunch Break - Classes will not commence before 1pm
Class 8. Ridden Hunter/Hunter Type - exceeding 14.2hh
Class 9. Ridden Cob/Cob Type - exceeding 14.2hh
Class 10. Ridden Bays Blacks, Greys, Chestnuts - exceeding 14.2hh
Class 11. Ridden Paints Spots, Duns, Palominos, Cremellos - exceeding 14.2hh
Class 12. Family Horse - to be ridden in a snaffle bridle
Class 13. Riding Horse/hack - exceeding 14.2hh
Class 14. Riding Horse/hack - 16 years plus open
Ring 2 Commencing 9am
Class 15. In Hand Best Condition - not exceeding 14.2hh
Class 16. In Hand Bays, Blacks, Greys, Chestnuts - not exceeding 14.2hh
Class 17. In Hand Paints, Spots, Duns, Cremellos, Palominos - not exceeding 14.2hh
Class 18. In Hand M & M Small and Large - may be split if entries warrant
Class 19. Child Handler - 10yrs and under - judged on handlers ability to control pony
Class 20. Child Handler - 11-16 years
Lunch Break - Classes will not commence before 1pm
Class 21. Ridden Bays Blacks Greys Chestnuts - not exceeding 14.2hh
Class 22. Ridden Paints, Spots, Duns, Cremellos, Palominos - not exceeding 14.2hh
Class 23. Lead Rein Pony - rider 10 years and under
Class 24. First Ridden Pony - rider 12 years and under
Class 25. Open Riding Pony - not exceeding 14.2hh
Class 26. Novice Rider - rider not to have won a ridden showing class - may be split if entries warrant.
Class 27. Ridden M & M small and large - may be split if entries warrant
Rules & Regulations
No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to property or accident to horse, rider or spectator.
All dogs must be kept on leads.
Hard hats and suitable footwear must be worn at all times whilst mounted. Failure to comply will result in elimination from all competition at this show.
No galloping or cantering outside the rings except in a safe practice area.
Where it is necessary to mingle with horseboxes and spectators, this must be done at a walk.
Any competitor that does not comply will be asked to leave the showground.
Misuse of whips and spurs will incur elimination.
No spurs are to be worn by children under 12 years of age or in any mountain and moorland class.
To all competitors and spectators
We are not a riding club or horse society, this show is organised purely for your enjoyment and especially for the real novices to gain confidence and have a relaxing but fun day out with their horses and ponies.
